Before buying a new tap
- Check whether it is a kitchen, basin, bath or mixer tap.
- Send a photo of the existing tap from above.
- Send a photo of the pipework and isolation valves underneath.
- Keep any new tap box, fittings and instructions if you have already bought one.
Repair or replacement
Some taps can be repaired with washers, cartridges or parts. Others are better replaced if they are worn, corroded, loose or difficult to source parts for. Photos help us advise before booking.
