What affects a leak repair
- How easy the leaking pipe or fitting is to access.
- Whether replacement washers, valves, traps, flexis or other parts are required.
- Whether the leak is constant or only appears when a fixture is used.
- Whether cupboards, boxing or flooring need careful access.
Useful leak photos
A close-up shows the fault, but a wider photo shows access. Send both if possible, especially under sinks, around toilets, behind appliances or near boxed-in pipework.
